PRODUCT FEATURES
1. The AT-5000L new-generation digital crawler self-propelled raise boring machine adopts fully hydraulic drive technology. Its high-torque motor directly drives the reduction gearbox, delivering powerful performance. It features a compact structure, good impact resistance, high operating efficiency, and a low deviation rate.
2. The crawler undercarriage is self-lubricating and maintenance-free, with excellent ground adhesion and a hydraulic wet brake mechanism. It supports three-speed transmission and in-place turning.
3. It eliminates the need for concrete foundation pouring, enabling immediate setup and operation upon arrival and rapid relocation after completion, thus saving considerable time in foundation pouring, installation, and disassembly.
4. The product adopts a modular design and can be disassembled into sections of less than 3 m, facilitating transport in a mine cage.
5. All operations are backed up by dual modes—wireless/wired remote control and manual handle—ensuring high reliability.
